Who Cares? - SERMON by Deacon Cindy Roehl

Who cares? Those who hold God's people in their hearts. Caring deeply is something Paul encourages us to do, and we do it in a variety of ways here at Good Shepherd. Today we heard from the President of Dunedin Cares, our local food pantry; supporting them is one of our favorite ways of holding God's people in our hearts. Listen to the sermon here.If you'd like to SEE the sermon…See More

Waging Peace - SERMON

Cowards shoot at unarmed, unknown strangers. You don't need a weapon to be violent, though; bigotry, bullying, and gossiping are equally devastating to the soul. Jesus waged peace, overcoming death and fear, not dishing it out. People who wage peace are nothing short of miracle workers. Read the sermon …See More

Freely, Freely - SERMON

Perhaps humans focus on fairness instead of justice because justice would force us to spend eternity with people of whom we don't approve. Of course, they'd have the same problem if we, too, are saved for heaven. Read the sermon here or listen to it …See More

Hey there, Becky. If you are ever in need of some delicious fresh coffee, let me know. We will ship it to you free of charge.

Would you like some coffee to take with you? I've been going back and forth on whether or not to give you some coffee to take with you. I'm sure you're using every spare space for things you'll need on your sabbatical. Be sure to let me know if you would like some fresh ground sumatra mandheling with which to start out your journey.

This is on a social web site called NING. They have templates, but I fussed around and created my own way of doing things, including the picture, some of the font alignments, that kind of thing. It's a good way of dipping one's toe in the web page waters.

Thank you. Is this another Facebook application or something you created? If you created this - wow.
